Along with the Gearhead team, Josh helps companies define product requirements, manage design and engineering projects, and streamline manufacturing processes that result in innovative products.
Dave Sayler
SENIOR ENGINEER
Dave brings extensive experience on over 140 projects and has contributed to over 30 patents. Whether working on a small or large team, Dave thrives on collaborations that enable the team to build on each others' ideas. Dave excels at leading projects from their inception through concept development and prototyping to mature designs that are optimized for economical manufacturing.

With over 25 years of mechanical engineering experience, Paul is a seasoned veteran with the knowledge and tools to guide your project to success. His technical expertise and management has resulted in multiple patents and happy clients. Paul has a broad scope of experience that includes electromechanical devices, RFID, audio equipment, computer peripherals, heavy equipment, and soft goods.
